Where's the recipe? Methinks that 'too hot to cook' excuse doesn't hold no more...
Manisha I felt a strong sense of peace reading the Metta Sutta and thought immediately of the Peace Prayer of Saint Francis. I have always believed that there is far more good in the world than evil and that it is thoughts like those in the Metta Sutta and this prayer that create the strong bonds that hold us all together. Your post is a wonderful tribute not only for those who were lost on September 11, but also for those who have been lost all over the world throughout time because of senseless acts.
